神气五行操包括“神气小囡五行操”“神气五行健步操”“神气五行明目操”,是一套由五个中国传统经典养生动作所组成的简易身心锻炼操,内涵五行、五季、五脏等自然规律和中医原理,本书将对本功操的源流、理论基础、特色与要领、功法操作、应用以及经络图等进行详细的撰写和表述。本书满足7-12岁小朋友活泼好动、模仿好奇的天性,有助于消除学习紧张和提升注意力。该操由上海中医药大学太极健康中心创编,节奏轻快、动作舒展,刚柔相济,饱满圆润。这三个小功法简便、生动、活泼、有趣,让小朋友在仿生游戏当中运动周身,循行气血,疏通经脉,防止郁滞,舒适身心,强壮体魄,防患未然。本书通过彩图和线上视频,方便小朋友们自行学习和练习,感受传统练功锻炼的舒适美好,早早习得一些自主维护健康的简便技术和方法,随时随地的维护自身健康。
